WHY IT MATTERS WHO YOU WORK WITH

In real estate, the agent you choose can be the difference between a smooth, successful transaction and a frustrating, costly one. Experienced agents understand market trends, negotiation, competitive pricing, and — most valuably — carry an established network of buyers, sellers, and investors that can't be built overnight.

A perfect example: a home vacant for over 15 years, flooded, with a hole in the roof, and in genuinely rough shape. Most agents might have struggled to find any interest at all. But because of the property's exceptional location, we knew the right buyer was out there. Twenty-four hours before the home went live on the MLS, I called my investor contacts. By the time the listing went public, we already had two offers in hand — and within 36 hours, four. The home went under contract over asking price with no contingencies. A remarkable outcome for a property many would have considered unsellable.

I won't promise that an outcome like this happens every time — real estate is never entirely predictable. But I can tell you with confidence that if this seller had chosen a less experienced agent, the story may have ended very differently. The right agent brings more than a lockbox and a listing — they bring relationships, market intelligence, and the kind of professional instinct that only comes with years in the field. That is why, in real estate, IT MATTERS WHO YOU WORK WITH!

Seeing “Super Low” Mortgage Rates Online? Read This First.

Scrolling and seeing rates that look too good to be true?

They probably are.

Most advertised mortgage rates:

  • Aren’t built for your financial scenario
  • Require perfect credit, large down payments, or specific loan types
  • Often come with hidden costs like discount points

The truth?

Your rate is based on your credit, income, property type, loan structure, and long-term goals.

A low headline rate doesn’t always mean a better deal.

At The Elliott Lending Team, we focus on something more important than chasing ads, we structure loans that fit your life and get you to the closing table with confidence.

Before you assume rates are “too high” or “too low,” let’s run your real numbers.

Because clarity beats clickbait every time.
