Looking for ways to SPICE UP your Spring ?

A meal has more flavor when you can cook with spices, vinegar and oil so we're asking for donations to help SPICE UP the Blessings Box. Spices are a frequently requested, but rarely donated item. You can place items directly into the Blessings Box or bring the church during Little Easter events or office hours.

Please no glass, homemade, open or expired items. Dollar stores are a great source for inexpensive spices.

We will hold our Spring General Meeting on Thursday, April 22 at 7pm in the FLC. We will follow Covid procedures taking temperatures, wearing masks and keeping social distancing as always.
  • Pastor Jeana Martin will be our speaker! She will share with us her ministry.
  • We will vote on our local and global missions - if you have a mission you want us to consider, please call Sandra Richards, UMW Vice President at 512-262-7611
  • We will vote for our annual special recognition person

We hope you will put this date and time on your calendar and plan to attend.

We will be changing to a monthly devotional in 2021 as we continue pray for a release from the Covid virus and still keeping connected. It will come on the 4th Thursday each month. If you have been receiving the weekly devotional, you will automatically receive the monthly devotional. You don’t have to be a member of Kyle United Methodist Church to receive it. Just contact Lynne Kyle at 775-338-2014 (mobile) or 512-504-3888 (home) or

The March Cheer Circle meeting was a great success as we started working towards our missions and helping the church again. The Cheer Circle will sponsor an "Easter Brunch Bag" to be available after the 9am courtyard Easter Service. Each bag will have a baked item, fruit and fruit juice. Water and coffee will also be available. We welcome you to stay and enjoy some fellowship and food. Brink a blanket and have a picnic. Halleluiah!

The next Cheer Circle Meeting will be Monday, April 12th in the FLC at 11am. We will continue to follow COVID protocols and Kyle city requirements. Please wear your mask and bring a chair and beverage. We will not be serving lunch until further notice.

The Cheer Circle meets on the second Monday of each month. We share a monthly devotional, prayers, fellowship and friendship. We invite interested ladies to please come and visit the Cheer Circle. We welcome new faces and new ideas. We enjoy working on our local and global missions; focusing on
women and children’s needs.

If you want to hear more about this wonderful opportunity of faith and service, please call Circle Leader Lynne Kyle at 512-504-3888.
