NEW IBERIA, La. --- The public is invited to an exhibit and reception for L'Acadian Art Guild Summer Show, Saturday, July 1, 2017 from 4 - 7 p.m. to view the art and meet the artists.
The free exhibit will be open to the public at the Shadows-on-the-Teche Visitor Center, Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. from now until September 2.
The show features 40 works by 28 artists and includes original oil paintings, acrylics, watercolors and pastels, plus prints, photographs and stoneware wall hangings. Most of these are available for purchase to anyone who is looking for a unique gift or would like to add something new and colorful to their home decor.
