May 8, 2017

This email will review the change to your personal website address that will be taking place mid-day on Tuesday, May 9 and will also let you know about a requested update to the new shopping cart that was recently launched. There's also an update about customers' logins and password reset.

Read on!
Mid-Tuesday, May 9, the structure of your personal website will be changing.

The name you chose for your web address will not change, simply the order in which it appears in the URL.

Your new personal website address will be

When your customers arrive they will see your name and photo on the site, but the URL in their browser address bar will look like this:
https://lbri.com. As long as they see your name and photo they are on your site.

You will not see a www at the beginning of the the URL, but an https://. This should not need to be typed in.

Item numbers now visible everywhere
Another system enhancement now means that a product's item number is visible in the front view of the shopping cart, and throughout the shopping experience. This feature was requested by Consultants and we were pleased to discover that we were easily able to incorporate this feedback.

New password reset tool launched

Another system enhancement that has been activated now provides a higher level of security for customers and their passwords. The new tool actually requires customers to reset their password and no longer sends their password to them via email.

Once they use this tool, they will need to choose a new password that is 10 characters or more.

As long as your customer remembers their current password, that old password is grandfathered in to the system. However, once they use the password reset tool, their new password will need to meet the new 10-character requirement.
A few reminders about customer logins:
  • The Shop Now link on your website is the way for current customers to login and for new customers to be directed to create an account.

  • Usernames are no longer compatible with the new system. Customers need to use their email address or account number to login.

  • The email address they have on file, as well as their account number can be found on the invoice included with their last order. They may also contact customer service for assistance.

  • Passwords created either with a new account or from a customer-requested password reset need to be 10 characters or longer.
