Known for its slow, gentle, intentional movements, tai chi has practitioners worldwide and is particularly popular as a form of gentle exercise and moving meditation, with benefits to mental and physical health. These weekly classes are taught by Eric and provide an hour of stress-free time and well-being. Tai chi can help to improve balance. All men and women are welcome to any class or to continue on a weekly basis. Try out this gentle form of light exercise and stretching - we think you will enjoy! No special outfits required - shorts, pants, sneakers, comfortable clothes and shoes. ALL are welcome - you will enjoy this class and feel better for it, physically and mentally!
