A Message from our CBSRZ President
In anticipation of Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur, I look forward to welcoming new and familiar faces to our High Holiday services. I hope we can all find meaning in our reflections, prayers and teshuvah to help guide us into the new year of 5784. I'd like to wish you all a good and sweet new year and may you be inscribed and sealed in the Book of Life.
Shanah Tovah,
Tracy Kleinberg

From our Gabbais: If you've never come to this intimate service, you should give it a try. Second Day doesn't have the same pomp and circumstance that Day One has. But it is beautiful.
As Gabbais, Kevin and Laura hand out honors as people arrive for services. If you know that you are coming and are willing to participate in the service, please email either Laura (landdroman@gmail.com) or Kevin (kevin.b.fox96@gmail.com). Otherwise, they'll ask when you arrive!

For your security, we will issue tickets for all High Holy Day services, for everyone - both members and non-members. We will begin mailing out tickets next week to all those who have renewed their membership for the 2023-2024 year.
You must bring your tickets with you and be prepared to show them at the front entrance. Do not hand in your ticket or throw it away - - you will need it to show it at all services, including children’s services.
If you have not yet renewed your membership with CBSRZ or are unsure if you have renewed, please contact the office ASAP.
Guest Tickets
As in the past, CBSRZ members may purchase tickets for extended family for $75/ticket. To purchase tickets or for questions about our ticket policy, contact the CBSRZ office. 860-526-8920

Security and Bag Check at Front Door
Greeters will be standing at the entrance to welcome you and check tickets - please have tickets out and ready for viewing.
We will also have local law enforcement and private security on premises during services to assist with checking tickets and bag checks.
Unless it is absolutely necessary, please do not bring large bags or backpacks; ALL bags will be subject to inspection by local police or by our private security personnel.
This process will be time-consuming. Please allow more time than usual to arrive at synagogue and to be admitted inside the sanctuary.
Thank you for your patience while we implement these new security procedures. We are working hard to make this a safe and happy High Holiday season for everyone.

Hearing Assistance Devices
