LA Animal Services Offers Reduced Adoption Fees July 30 and 31

Join us for our First-Ever Dog Adoption Event at

Dodgers Stadium on Saturday, July 30

Los Angeles, July 27 2022 – Welcome a new animal companion into your heart and home as LA Animal Services offers reduced adoption fees for dogs and puppies July 30 and 31. Adoption fees for all dogs will be $51, not including license, and $75 for puppies, while adoption fees for feline friends are waived thanks to a grant from the ASPCA.

Your new four-legged friend is waiting to meet you at one of our six LA Animal Services Centers, or will be at one of the following offsite adoption events happening this weekend on:

  • Saturday, July 30, from 10am to 2pm, at the Dodgers Center Field Plaza located at 1000 Vin Scully Drive, Los Angeles 90012. LA Animal Services is partnering with Lucy Pet Foods for our first-ever dog adoption event at Dodger Stadium. Meet Dodger greats, Orel Hershiser, Jaime Jarrin and Jorge Jarrin; along with three-time Emmy-winning “Lucky Dog” host and expert animal trainer Brandon McMillan, who will be in attendance to offer simple and effective tips about training dogs.

  • Sunday, July 31, from 11am to 3pm at the Monty and Friends Pet Adoption Drive, at 1632 Bellevue Avenue, Los Angeles, 90026. Our pet adoption event with Monty and Friends occurs every last Sunday of the month. For more information, visit https://montysgoodburger.com/adopt.

Dogs and cats adopted from LA Animal Services join their new families spayed or neutered, vaccinated, licensed, and microchipped, and adopters receive a VCA Healthy Start Certificate, which provides up to $250 of follow up veterinary care within the first 14 days of adoption. In addition, canine companions adopted from LA Animal Services are also eligible for free dog training classes at the Paws for Life K9 Rescue People & Pet Innovation Center in Mission Hills, CA. Contact Info@pawsforlifek9.org for more details. You can view the wonderful dogs, cats, rabbits, and pocket pets who are ready to meet you and who are available for adoption in our Centers by going to laanimalservices.com/adopt.
