Happy July, Local Administrative Advisor communities!

Summer festivals, parades, and celebrations are in full swing across the region, but that has not slowed the number of great projects being completed in each of the 15 LAA entities in the WFRC area. Moderate Income Housing Plan (MIHP) reports, HR policies and accompanying forms, and many grant applications have been just a few of the projects I've assisted with this past month.

As we approach August, I will be reaching out to each of your communities to see if you need additional assistance with the subdivision ordinance requirement (SB 174). Although your city or town has already received technical assistance through the legislative mandate, I am happy to help finalize ordinances and any administrative components before the December 31 deadline.

As always, if you have any questions, you may reply directly to this email and I will respond shortly!
