Utah Municipal Data Privacy Guide Update

Last month, I shared the Utah Municipal Data Privacy Guide with you. An updated version of the guide is now available and includes updated resources, such as fillable Annual Privacy Report templates located on page 11. You can also access these templates here: PDF/printer-friendly version and the Google Doc version. As a reminder, completing your entity’s Annual Privacy Report by December 31 fulfills the state’s 2025 data privacy compliance requirements.

Utah State Housing Plan

ULCT is soliciting feedback on the State Housing Plan - found here. The plan was presented in the caucus events earlier this month at the Annual Convention, so if you were unable to attend, please review the plan and submit any feedback to the League as soon as possible to Alexa Oldham with ULCT.
