NOTICE OF 2017 ANNUAL MEETING
OF THE MEMBERS OF THE
LOS ANGELES ASSOCIATION OF HEALTH UNDERWRITERS,
A CALIFORNIA NONPROFIT MUTUAL BENEFIT CORPORATION
Notice is hereby given that the annual meeting of the Members of Los Angeles Association of Health Underwriters, a California Nonprofit Mutual Benefit Corporation will be held at 8:00 a.m., on May 18, 2017, at the Sportsmen's Lodge, 12825 Ventura Blvd, Studio City, CA 91604.
The meeting will consider and act on the following:
(1) Election of directors.
Below are the nominees made to date that have been submitted by the Nominations Committee. Nominations can be made from the floor at the Annual Meeting on May 18, 2017.
(2) Annual report to Members. (3) Ratification of past Board actions. (4) Approval of Minutes. (5) Other business as may properly be brought before the meeting.
You must be present at the meeting in order to vote and proxies will not be accepted.
