Shared Solar for Renters: Get Solar without Installing Panels

Residents of multifamily housing can now benefit from cleaner, cheaper solar energy without installing solar panels, by participating in the Shared Solar program.

Protect yourself against rising energy costs by fixing a portion of your electric bill at the same rate for the next 10 years. Rates may be up to 12% lower than the Standard Tier 1 Residential rate, for eligible households.

Power is provided by local solar plants, so no solar panels need to be installed at your residence, and your subscription moves with you.
