Wishing You a Safe & Healthy Holiday Season
Last month, our Board of Commissioners announced the most comprehensive effort in the city’s history to help hundreds of thousands of customers that have been financially strained as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. This is particularly happy news this holiday season.

An expected $300 million will be used to help over 250,000 qualifying customers reduce their utility debt. We've also streamlined our Low-Income Discount Assistance Program, now known as EZ-SAVE. Take advantage of these programs today and keep your holidays merry and bright.

Wishing you all a safe and healthy holiday season!
Be Water Efficient, L.A.
In response to the State’s announcement of an initial 0% allocation of water from the State Water Project (SWP), we are urging customers to take immediate action to reduce their water use.

Since 2009, we have remained at Phase 2 of the Water Conservation Ordinance which limits outdoor watering to three days a week, along with other prohibited uses of water. If conditions become more severe, we may take further steps to mandate conservation, including further limiting outdoor watering. Let's save, L.A.!
Reduce Your Use, Keep Your Costs Low
Effective January 1, 2022, customers will see rate changes on their water bill, with our highest water users (Tier 3 and Tier 4) seeing the largest increase. The rate adjustment reflects the cost of buying water and building infrastructure to meet the water demand created by our highest water users.

With L.A. in its second dry year, now is the time to take action to reduce your water use and save money on your water bill.
