Across the Eastern Sierra region, we keep the majority of our land open to the public for visitors and residents to enjoy hiking on endless trails, catching fish year-round, and even rock climbing vertical walls in the Owens Gorge. Please continue to recreate safely and responsibly this fall as landscapes may have changed slightly and some areas might be closed due to damage from Tropical Storm Hilary. Always check updates and know before you go!
