Landscape Architecture and Regional & Community Planning
Monday Memo 12.21.15

LARCP has had a eventful year! You demonstrated resilience, creativity and good humor as we moved and regrouped as well as hosted a national conference and an accreditation visit. As I look back over the year, I am so appreciative of our excellent team. Thank you for all you have done to enhance our students' lives and share the power of planning and design with others.
Best wishes to Alpa, Chip and Jessica as you embark on your spring adventures. We look forward to updates!
Wishing you a peaceful and joyful break ~ Stephanie

Faculty annual evaluations are due January 15. All annual evaluation folders and files are still available on KSOL. In January they will become read-only access and you will upload your 2015 evaluation to OneDrive. All of the folders and files have been copied to a OneDrive group for each faculty member. You may access the group by logging into Office 365 online ( Click on the cluster of squares in the top left corner and select OneDrive. Your groups are listed on the left side of OneDrive. Jody will return to the office on Jan 4 and is very glad to help you with access, if needed.
Please make an appointment, through Jody for a discussion with Stephanie between February 1 and 9.

Please complete the online K-State Engagement Benchmarking Tool (EBT) for your engaged work during the past calendar year. The survey will be open until February 1. Participation in the EBT replaces our department report on engagement and supports your annual evaluation, frees up committee time and provides a larger audience for our work. The survey takes approximately 15 minutes. Our department will obtain a copy of LARCP reporting. If you collaborated with another faculty member, please coordinate who is reporting what so that you maximize your reporting opportunities. You may preview the survey here before completing it at:
