The first Student Planning Association (SPA) meeting of the semester will be held on Monday September 14 at 1:30 pm in the Wiegel Library. This meeting is for all/any interested parties and during the meeting officers will be elected as well as SPA will discuss upcoming events for the semester. All students are welcome to attend.
Assistant Professor Anne Beamish undertook archival research at the City Archives and Boston Public Library August 10-16 in Boston, MA.

The Konza Rotary Club is looking for an intern passionate about water to support the club's engagement in improving the quality of water in our community. The intern will attend monthly one-hour committee meetings; invest a couple of hours per month managing correspondence; complete some early childhood/middle school education outreach; and, facilitate Water Matters Day at City Park Pool in June or August. The Midwest Equity Assistance Center is hosting a series of events and activities themed "Not Just a Year of Social Justice Education".
