Arise, O Lord; O God, lift up your hand; forget not the afflicted. Why does the wicked renounce God and say in his heart, “You will not call to account”? But you do see, for you note mischief and vexation, that you may take it into your hands; to you the helpless commits himself; you have been the helper of the fatherless. Break the arm of the wicked and evildoer; call his wickedness to account till you find none. The Lord is king forever and ever; the nations perish from his land. O Lord, you hear the desire of the afflicted; you will strengthen their heart; you will incline your ear to do justice to the fatherless and the oppressed, so that man who is of the earth may strike terror no more.

If you are trying to find love, you are misguided. You cannot "find" love. It goes against the process of the law of creation to look for love. You have to invest yourself first. Have you done that? Have you poured your love into your spouse? Love is bound to come back to you as much as you have poured your life into the other. When that happens, love starts coming back.

I always invest myself wholeheartedly. I spare nothing. I always search out how I can give even more. Then all things start to follow me. At that point ownership begins. That is when you start to truly own things. A husband and wife may think they love each other and say they love each other, but they need to be patient with each other. If one disagrees with the other and gets offended and they start quarreling, that is obviously not love. Love emerges when we want to put our whole life into the relationship so there is nothing more to put in. After that love starts coming back. Then there is no more quarreling.

Hello Richard,

Hyung Jin Nim started the Sunday service by discussing how in Saskatchewan, Canada, Planned Parenthood placed sexually graphic ABC cards into 9th graders' backpacks. The goal is to hypersexualize children. Like the first pedophile, Satan. Male and female "sluts" are easy to control so you weaken society. In many families where the woman is the head of the household, it’s easier to be hit with fear and emotion. Strong men with standards who can weather the storm are essential.

They want to get men in touch with their feelings, but men need to be in control of their feelings. Men who are ready to protect, even die for, their wives. Love unconditionally. Women need to respect their husbands, not just based on their feelings.

Self-discipline is key to the first of the 3 blessings, and why mind-body training is important. It’s good for young men to be around and learn from people who are at a higher level. Boys need to be around strong males. The western world has become weak. When women or older people are attacked on subways, many men do nothing.

Have a Kingly attitude, not just seeking pleasure. Seek real assets, not just money or digital assets which can be erased. A man has to know how to digest his feelings. He should bring stability and be a Christlike rock. Do physical/ spiritual training through exercise, Bible study, learning apologetics to share with your children.



Physical training is a good way to control your emotions. Do physical training every day. Your mental state will improve. A Yale Study found that the most powerful “drug” to control depression is doing 45 minutes of vigorous exercise 3 times a week.

Nations which have secular values and feminism are in decline. They are not even able to replace their population because of low birth rates. They are told that children are burdens, not assets. The problem in many nations in the world is underpopulation and the “graying” of their population where are few young people. Because of the draconian one-child policy in China, the median age in China is 38 versus the median age in India which is 24.

We should warn young women clearly that their fertility will decline. It’s better to have children earlier. Raising young children is a lot of work! Children need time with YOU, not just money to buy things.

Successful couples spend 90 minutes of face-time each week. Do the “3 gratitude training” of saying 3 things you appreciate about each other every day. 

The 1^st Gen had to walk a hard course to establish the nation. The 2^nd Gen are more free to invest in their marriage and families. We need to be the hands and feet of God. Invest in your children to be honorable and virtuous. Take them out into nature and experience the creation.

America is the last bastion of real freedom. Other countries are disarmed. If your population is scared of dying it can be controlled.

Miho’s Testimony about HDK and the Blessing

Every morning in East Garden True Father used to wake up at 4am. He did stretching exercises and then sat at his desk and read letters and reports from church leaders. Then at 5am he joined with brothers and sisters for Hook Dok Hae. Now the 2^nd King continues this tradition every morning, reading True Father’s words in Korean. He began this 2 and a half years ago.

Despite our limited Korean, Richard and I have been joining most mornings. In the beginning we struggled to read, but we are slowly getting better, with Tim Elder’s suggestions about correct pronunciation!

Building Cheon Il Guk is like putting together a puzzle. Each piece is important no matter how small. In any case I feel this is a condition for Father’s words to cover the world!

When I arrived at Cheongpyeong last Saturday night the Welcome Center was so beautifully decorated for the Blessing the next day. There were Blessing candidates from Germany, England, France, Japan, Korea and several states in the USA. In addition, several couples joined via Internet.

During his sermon the 2^nd King was inspired to give guidance about how to take care of your spouse. He commented that all of the couples were international. I felt that in the spirit world True Father was so happy and that more Blessings would soon spread throughout the world!
