Last Call to Register for ATEC Academy in Tulsa June 3-4

ATEC Academy is proud to launch its fourth cohort—a strategic initiative driven by executive leadership to tackle the growing challenges of recruiting and retaining skilled instructors in the face of increasing demand for a technical workforce.

Led by a veteran educator with extensive experience in training instructors, and supported by a team of expert A&P master teachers who mentor participants throughout the program, the course offers a high-impact learning experience—limited to just 20 seats.

Can’t join us this summer? No worries—another session will kick off Oct. 21-22 at United Airline's facilities in Houston.

Calling all Master Instructors: Join ATEC Academy

ATEC is inviting seasoned aviation maintenance educators to join the pool of available mentors for future ATEC Academy cohorts. Mentors act as a resource to trainees, attend the two-day in-person kick-off, and contribute to web-based sessions scheduled throughout the three-month course. Candidates must have at least 15 years of teaching experience, be affiliated with an ATEC member organization, and demonstrate a commitment to the professional growth of aviation technical educators. Mentors receive a $750 stipend per course, paid travel expenses, and recognition as a mentor on the ATEC website (here).
