How to Submit Your Yard or Your Neighbor's Yard!

Submit a Photo on the Submission Form

• You will receive an email on the first of each month with a link to submit your Yard of the Month Submission Form.
• Submit photos of your own yard or a neighbor's yard.
• Your front yard photo must be in landscape orientation (horizontal) so the full yard is visible!
• Please only submit one photo for your submission.
• The Yard of the Month Submission Form Link will also be included in each week's newsletter (The Root Weekly) while applications are open!

September 1: Winner Announced; Submissions Open

September 15: Submissions Close

September 16: Voting Opens

September 29: Voting Closes

October 1: Winner Announced; Holiday Decorating Contest Begins! More information to come.

Monthly Voting and Winners

• When voting opens you will receive an email with the link to vote for your favorite Yard of the Month.
• The Yard of the Month Voting Ballot will also be included in each week's newsletter (The Root Weekly) while voting is open!
• Winners are announced on the first of each month!

If Your Yard Wins

• A member of our Lifestyle Team will reach out to schedule a day and time to take a photo of you and or your family in front of your yard with our Yard of the Month sign.
• The photo you submitted will be featured in the email announcement and shared on our social media pages.
• You will also receive a gift card from our Yard of the Month sponsor Daniel Tatman of Monarch Real Estate and Ranch.

If Your Yard Does Not Win

• If your yard is not selected your submission will automatically roll over to the next month’s voting, no need to send in an updated photo unless you really want to!

Missed a Deadline

• No worries! Your yard will simply be included in the next month’s voting cycle!
