Greetings!

We invite you to join us on October 17th for a unique and transformative workshop that moves beyond learning about the Enneagram and into experiencing it. Through guided practices, reflection, and creative exploration, you'll have the opportunity to deepen your understanding in a way that is both personal and embodied.

Join Jessica Dibb and Ali McGhee for a 4-hour experiential workshop exploring the Enneagram through embodiment, breath, movement, and creative practice. Participants will be guided into the three centers and invited to experience the nine essence qualities through embodied practices, reflective prompts, and poetic exploration.

The workshop includes a deeper dive into Type 9 from fixation to essence as an entry point into the embodied Enneagram, followed by a guided journey through all nine points using breathing, movement, selected readings, and short-form writing. Participants will leave with a more felt sense of the Enneagram, a creative record of their experience, and practical ways to stay connected to qualities of essence in daily life.

Whether you are new to the Enneagram or have studied it for years, this workshop offers a meaningful opportunity to engage with its wisdom in a fresh and transformative way. We hope you'll join us for this enriching experience and discover new pathways for self-awareness, presence, and growth.

Reserve your place today and be part of this inspiring journey!
