TEACHER/STAFF APPRECIATION WEEK (MAY 6-10)

Teacher/Staff Appreciation Week is May 6-May 10. We need YOU to donate food or drink items to help us celebrate our amazing Butler Teachers and Staff. We will be offering a lunch on Wednesday, May 8th and a breakfast on Friday, May 10th.

The Spring edition of the Butler Family Directory is here! This is a password protected document, only to be used by Butler families. The password is the same as the Fall edition, and was emailed to parents again three weeks ago.

All volunteer opportunities are subject to change based on District guidelines. We ask that you please refrain from cell phone usage during your volunteer shift. Unfortunately, younger siblings are no longer permitted to accompany volunteers.

YOU MUST HAVE CLEARANCES TO VOLUNTEER

In order to volunteer in the classroom, you must have current volunteer clearances through CBSD. Questions? Contact Erin McCreary.

The process is EASY and all done online using the Volunteer Tracker App. Every CB volunteer will need to register, and upload their clearances.

Pennsylvania law requires all persons having direct contact with school children obtain background checks and clearances. Click here for the required clearances, along with links to the state’s websites.
