Important Studio Policies
Session Times:
Please remember that your session time includes professional consultation, dressing, and professional recommendation from your therapist.
Arrival:
We ask you to please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your appointment to ensure your full time. If you happen to be running late, please call to let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your needs; however, the full amount will be charged.
Cancellations:
To cancel your appointment, we require a full 24 hour notice to avoid being charged a cancellation fee of the full session value. To cancel your appointment you must call the studio.
Gift Cards:
Gift cards can only be used at the studio where they were purchased. Gift cards are non-refundable, have no cash value and unless stated do not include gratuity. Gift cards must be presented at time of appointment, otherwise the full session amount will be due.
Packages:
Package sessions are non-refundable and do not include gratuity. You may share your package sessions.
Payment:
We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Master Card, Discover & American Express. We must have a valid credit card on file to reserve your appointment.
Memberships:
Member sessions are non-refundable and do not include gratuity. Sessions cannot be split to pay for upgrades. If form of payment declines for the month, all accumulated sessions will expire and upcoming appointments will be canceled, until we receive updated payment information. (A two (2) day grace period will be allowed for members to update their payment information).
