This Program helps Automotive Suppliers develop their non-U.S. based talent, by providing on-the-job training in the U.S. for periods from 3 weeks to 18 months. Please note, the J-1 visa is not a 'work visit', however it is a 'on-the-job' training visa.

EXAMPLE: Bring engineering or manufacturing talent from your foreign operations to the U.S. for on-job-training for periods of up to 18 months. Foreign operations can include India, Mexico, Germany, Brazil, UK, China, Thailand, and many other countries.
