Trevor Green returns home to Southern California
for a very special performance
Spirited, deep, and thought-provoking are just a few words to describe artist Trevor
Green. His music is fresh and distinctly new yet woven with the spiritual fabric of our ancient common ancestors.
Having recently uprooted from the California coastline where he spent most of his life, Green now lives in Idaho where he and his children are students of mountain life.
“I’m enjoying being witness to the marked cycles of the changing seasons and the
harshness of this environment. As much as the ocean is my lifeline, the mountains are a different beast. They are the greatest teachers. And the seasons will drag you through a spectrum of emotions whether you desire it or not. I have come to love that.”
Adversity, resilience, and personal reflection are undercurrents of Green’s recent
songwriting. “Times are heavy these days and I pray that we find our way with grace and mindfulness. It’s time to uplevel the experience and see the beauty within. We can and must carry reverence for ourselves as we would the beauty of a sunset. In that light, I believe we will see the peace we desire.”
The changes to Green’s world have influenced his songwriting. With “Come Undone,” a 2022 release, Green swims a familiar current of exploring the deep human emotions of change and offering his unique take on how we all process challenging times.
