Welcome to the spring edition of LBFE Boston’s e-newsletter. Since we last shared with you, the organization's intergenerational, social and tech access/skills programs and creative arts classes have been bustling with activity! LBFE welcomed local press from NBC10 Boston and WCVB Channel 5 to program sites, hosted a special multigenerational mixer in the Fenway neighborhood for the entire community, and launched our spring appeal! Together, with older adults, younger people, LBFE staff, community partners, and YOU, we're building a more age-friendly, socially connected Boston!
| | Each week students from a Northeastern University service-learning First Year/Advanced Writing (oral history) class and older adults gather at the Peterborough Senior Center for LOTS of talking, learning about each other, playing cards, connecting, and having FUN! | |  | All ages need connection (online and in-person!). Tech Cafe's are a big part of our Digital Dividends program. It's an opportunity for older adults to drop in, bring their devices, troubleshoot tech issues, investigate questions and connect with younger program participants.
