We are excited to welcome Emily Rooney to our Kennett Square team, increasing our access to high-quality care. A special Thank You to Chester County Hospital Penn Medicine CEO, Karen L. Pinsky, MD, for joining our own Chief Medical Officer, Joseph A. Greco, MD, and bringing insights into the future of healthcare to our esteemed guests. Meet Emily Rooney, CRNP

We are pleased to announce the addition of Emily Rooney, CRNP, to our clinical team at the Kennett Square health center. As a nurse practitioner with over a decade of experience, Rooney brings a deep commitment to community wellness and patient-centered care that aligns with the LCH mission of providing integrated, high-quality care.

For 15 years, LCH has been a family tradition for Yanira. Following in her mother’s footsteps, Yanira has relied on our Women’s Health services in West Grove for both of her pregnancies over the last decade.

Yanira’s story shows that every woman deserves a supportive medical home. We are honored to continue caring for her family across generations.

• Stay in the shade.
• Wear clothing that covers your arms and legs.
• Wear a hat with a wide brim to shade your face, head, ears, and neck.
• Wear sunglasses that wrap around and block both UVA and UVB rays.
• Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with a sun protection factor (SPF) of 15 or higher.
