Good News: January 2022
Dear LCH Friends,

We have reached unprecedented pandemic milestones as a community and as a nation. But as medical home for all, we remain patient focused and community centered. We are thrilled to share that our Kennett Square location was recently awarded recognition as a Patient Centered Medical Home by the National Committee for Quality Assurance. In the start of 2022, we encourage you to reach out to your primary care provider for an annual check up and put your health first this year.

With the recent updates from the CDC, our patients have reached out to us with several common questions, and we wanted to share these with you as well. The Patient FAQs are available on our COVID-19 resources page in English and in Spanish. We have recently applied for FDA-authorized at-home self-test for our patients and our community to help minimize the spread of COVID-19. And anyone can now visit www.covidtests.gov to order four free home test kits.

We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Joseph A. Greco, MD, Medical Director, and Kate Wickersham, CFRE, Director of Development, to the LCH team. They will be helping to lead our dynamic staff that continues to grow and evolve to best meet community needs during the pandemic and beyond.

In good health,
Chief Executive Officer

Connecting in the Community
Bilingual Story Hour with Oxford Library
Time for wonderful story that celebrates and embraces all different cultures, experiences and backgrounds. Noe, an LCH Caseworker and Medical Interpreter who supports our pediatrics team, reads, "All Are Welcome" by Alexandra Penfold with Sara from the Oxford Library. Local libraries have incredible resources for the entire family. Reading improves and builds on important language development skills. Make it a goal this year to read every night with your kids!
