Get to Know Dr. Eric Jackson
Dr. Eric Jackson joined Lurie Children's Primary Care - Town & Country Pediatrics in 2019. He graduated from Mayo Medical School in 2016. Dr. Jackson completed his residency in pediatrics at McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University/Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago in 2019.
Fun Facts about Dr. Jackson
He was born in the bay area in California and grew up in a small town in New Hampshire.
His favorite sports team is the New England Patriots. "Sorry Chicago, you got some good teams and all, but I haven't been converted yet." --Dr. Jackson
His hobbies include (before Covid-19) exploring all there is to do and eat in Chicago, travel, snowboarding and playing guitar. During COVID, his 'hobbies' included Zoom meetings, jigsaw puzzles and baking loaves of sour dough. "Now, I'm thankful to be fully vaccinated and getting back to our new normal." -- Dr. Jackson
Something interesting people don't know about him is that he writes music and he has been told that he's a 'half-way decent singer'.
Dr. Jackson is currently living with his partner Paulina and their large, 90-lb, furry, four-legged roommate, Webster. Dr. Jackson finds himself providing 24/7 on-call services to his adorable nieces and nephews living in New York.
