Approved Backstops / Target holders:
Reminder: When shooting in any of the LCSA Pistol Bays, please use proper backstops and target holders. There have been numerous times our Maintenance Team has found old, used tires left in the Lower Pistol Bay for us to clean up and dispose of. We understand they work well in these scenarios; however, we are not responsible for the aftermath when left. Anyone leaving debris/tires may be subject to membership consequences.

WELCOME GALACTIC PISTOL ALLIANCE (GPA) TO LCSA!
So, what exactly is the Galactic Pistol Alliance?
Briefly, it is an action shooting sport designed to be safe, challenging, fun, interesting and easily understood.
GPA has been in development and evolving since December of 2022.
Since then, we have run literally hundreds of GPA matches and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive.
Here are a few features that make GPA such a blast!
• No concealment garment required
• ½ second scoring
• Every stage may have up to 24 required shots. More shooting equals more fun!
• Ammo management is entirely the responsibility of the shooter.
• You can load your mags to capacity and carry as many as you want.
• Every stage requires one mandatory reload after the first shot and before the last.
(You decide when and where to do it.)
• You dropped a magazine with rounds in it? It’s legal! No PE!
• Targets may be required to be shot while you are moving.
• There is no tactical priority for targets in the open.
• Any stage can have an unlimited number of steel targets as well as unlimited non-threats!
• With few exceptions, whatever equipment you are using in another pistol sport is probably legal
in GPA.
• The rulebook is clear, concise, unambiguous and only 13 pages long!
These are just a few highlights.
If this sounds interesting, go to our website: Click Here: Galactic Pistol Alliance.
Have a look around and see what it’s all about.
If you have questions, please contact us at
info@GalacticPistolAlliance.com.
We look forward to hearing from you, or better still, seeing you at a match!
WE SHOOT THE FIRST SUNDAY OF THE MONTH. MATCH BEGINS AT 10 AM. COME CHECK US OUT!
