LCTCS and UHC Sign New Agreement to Boost Mental Health at Louisiana Community and Technical Colleges

BATON ROUGE, LA - Last week, Louisiana Community and Technical College System (LCTCS) signed a vital agreement to boost the number of the state's mental health professionals between its 12 colleges and the University of Holy Cross (UHC) to ensure access to mental health resources at its institutions. UHC will offer a 50% tuition discount for LCTCS faculty and staff to earn credits towards a Master of Arts in Counseling with the goal of becoming licensed mental health professionals.
