LCUL is Your Resource for News, Information on COVID-19

In our continuing efforts to help Louisiana credit unions navigate the challenges of this pandemic, we have established a pandemic resources page, which contains regularly updated news and information, additional resources and guidance. Please take advantage of our COVID-19 resource page as we continue to update the information daily.

Our COVID-19 listserv has been extremely active, providing helpful information for credit unions of all sizes. We are posting weekly summaries on our website with topics discussed and resources shared should credit unions need to refer back to the information.

In alignment with our active Pandemic Continuity Plan, LCUL staff continues to work remotely until further notice. We are prepared and committed to continuing to serve our credit unions with the exceptional level of service that you have come to expect from us without any interruption. We will continue to explore additional opportunities to collaborate on issues of common interest, to everyone's benefit.

Credit Unions Asked to Report Operational Changes
We are asking all credit unions to report any changes to your services and operations, including branch/lobby closures, amended operating hours, and drive-thru services to sharedbranching@lcul.com. Even if your credit union is not part of the shared branching network, we ask that you still report this information to the above email address.
