The Strike Zone Advanced hitting league dates have been Announced.........

I promise the best BP you'll ever get from us... I have secured 6 of the top BP throwers in town to get the job done!

Become a part of the 2019 Sunday Line Drive League. We will only allow 12 High School teams to compete at the 11 AM slot every Sunday.

We will also clock players bat speed and exit velocity using many of the new 2019 DEMO Bats available throughout the weeks.

Winning team the first month will receive FREE entry in December's sessions.

30 minutes before each hitting session there will be a core shoulder stabilization class included. This is a must for all high school players.

There are three sessions left for the 

Indoor Sunday WOOD BAT Line Drive Hitting League: 

Session:  January 6, 13, 20, & 27 

Session:  February 3, 10, 17, & 24

Session:  March 10, 17, 24, & 31

Strike Zone indoor Line Drive League is set up to help players improve their swing during the cold Nebraska winters. Live pitching and hitting will help players see game-like competition as possible to help them prepare for the upcoming season. Games will take place in our tunnels with a live hitter and pitcher. Different areas of the tunnels will be designated for points and scores will be kept as innings.

Additional evaluations of the players swings will take place periodically from ex-professional players, coaches and college players as well.

What better way to improve your skills then to play a simulated game in an indoor tunnel against some of the best players in the Nebraska/Iowa Area.

Leagues will be made up of High School Division. If there is enough interest, divisions will be based on player level.

This league will fill up QUICKLY so register NOW!

Players can also use the SZ Strength Facility to get extra work in after the league.
