MONTHLY MLS TECHNOLOGY FEE DUE DECEMBER 25

MLS technology fee was invoiced on Friday, December 1, due Monday, December 25.

REMINDER: Autopay and billing frequency changes must be made prior to January 1, 2024 invoicing.

*Automatic payment not available for dues renewal

2024 DUES RENEWAL TIMELINE

• December 1 - 31, 2023 - $50 late fee applied to 2024 Annual REALTOR® Dues payments
• January 1, 2024 - Unpaid members are terminated
• January 1 - 15, 2024 - $100 reinstatement fee applied to 2024 Annual REALTOR® Dues payments

Dues can be paid by check or credit card. Pay online through member account or emailed invoice by a credit card or electronic check. Checks are accepted by mail or in-person (drop box located to left of front door). Dues and late fees are non-refundable once paid.
