LED Offers Small Business Resources
LEESVILLE, La.-- The City of Leesville, in partnership with Louisiana Economic Development, would like to share a number of resources that local businesses or start-ups might find useful.

LED's General Assistance Guide provides a number of online resources containing advice about starting up; programs for minority owned, women owned and veteran owned businesses; financing information; state tax incentive programs; workforce information; licensing and permitting; and much, much more.

The Census Business Builder, is designed to make it easier for small business owners to find, access, and use key demographic and economic data to help make informed decisions for starting and expanding businesses.

Finally, Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program is a no cost intensive business training and development program.  Previously unavailable to rural communities, the program has now been extended by Goldman Sachs to make it available more broadly and to more rural small businesses through online training and two four-day sessions of onsite training at Babson College in Massachusetts (with travel expenses covered by the program). Click here for the program overview and here for the Spring schedule.
