SOLSTIS EL PRIMER MATERIAL SOLISTA DE LE�N LARREGUI RECIBE DOS NOMINACIONES AL LATIN GRAMMY

Leon Larregui l�der y vocalista de la banda Zo� recibe dos nominaciones al Latin Grammy por Solstis su primer trabajo como solista. Mejor �lbum de M�sica Alternativa y Mejor Canci�n Alternativa por el tema musical "Brillas".

Solstis se coloc� en el n�mero 1 de ventas en su edici�n f�sica a nivel nacional a tan s�lo una semana de su lanzamiento. El �lbum digital tambi�n alcanz� el n�mero 1 de la tienda digital iTunes en M�xico. El disco fue grabado en Hippocampus Studio, Par�s. El ingeniero de grabaci�n y mezcla fue Jack Lahana mientras que el productor del material fue Adanowsky.

"Solstis, es un proyecto que ten�a ganas de hacer desde hace unos a�os, pero no se hab�a dado el espacio para realizarlo. El concepto naci� a partir de la canci�n 'Brillas'. Esta canci�n es un tema de amor, un bolero, y naci� en una etapa de mi vida en la que estaba en una relaci�n; en la parte m�s luminosa de esta. 'Brillas', se convirti� en mi gu�a y paut� para componer el resto del disco, haciendo alusi�n y homenaje a mucha m�sica que amo; m�sica rom�ntica de otras �pocas, desde Agust�n Lara y Jos� Jos�, hasta Serge Gainsbourg, por mencionar algunas referencias", explica Le�n Larregui.

SOLSTIS LEON LARREGUIS FIRST SOLO ALBUM RECEIVES TWO LATIN GRAMMY NOMINATIONS

Leon Larregui, lead singer of Zo�, receives two Latin Grammy nominations for Solstis, his first solo album. Best Alternative Music Album and Best Alternative Song for the track "Brillas".

Solstis debuted number 1 on the charts with its physical edition just one week after being released. The digital album also reached # 1 on the iTunes digital store in Mexico. Solstis was recorded at the Hippocampus Studio in Paris. Jack Lahana is the recording and mixing engineer while Adanoswsky is the producer.

"Solstis, is a project that I wanted to do for a few years but had not had the chance to. The concept was born from 'Brillas'. This song is a love song, a bolero, and was born at a time in my life where I was in a relationship, in the brightest part of it. 'Brillas', became my guide and was the beginning of the songwriting process of the album, hinting and honoring a lot of music I love, romantic music of other eras, from Agustin Lara and Jos� Jos�, to Serge Gainsbourg, to name a few", adds Leon Larregui.
