THANKSGIVING MESSAGE: WE ARE ONE
Dear Friends,

Looking back on 2020, I struck by the number and severity of humanitarian crises unfolding in the world — natural and manmade disasters, famine and poverty, and the impact of COVID-19 on all of our lives. There is so much need and so much suffering.

And yet, as we move into the holiday season, I am mindful of our power to inspire humanitarian giving and to deliver aid to those who suffer. When we work together in our local communities and around the world in the spirit of one human family, we are capable of responding to catastrophes as they unfold, allowing the gifts of hope and healing to travel swiftly around the globe.

Thanksgiving provides an opportunity to remind ourselves of our individual and collective power to do good. Our efforts to heal the world go out from us to others and return to us from others.

Rainbow World Fund is grateful to you, our generous donors and volunteer. Next month we will celebrate our 20th Anniversary — over those years we have distributed $5 million in humanitarian aid and completed over 75,000 hours of volunteer service on behalf of the LGBTQ community — an amazing accomplishment. Your generosity has allowed us to save lives by responding to countless natural disasters, help many LGBTQ people escape persecution, improved the lives of children and families in need around the world,… and so much more. Together we have much to be grateful for.

Have a Happy and Safe Thanksgiving!
GRANTS: LGBTQ REFUGEES AND WILDFIRE IMMIGRANTS
Thank you for making it possible for RWF's two most recent humanitarian grants in November.

RWF made a grant to fund the safe passage of two LGBTQ refugees from Iraq and Syria to reach safety in Lebanon and start the asylum process. Many of the men and woman we have helped over the years from the Middle East are now living in the United States and Europe.

RWF also made a grant to provide for the basic needs of members of the undocumented migrant farmer communities impacted the wildfire in northern California. Many of these immigrants have lost their jobs and are not eligible for government support programs.
LGBTQ COMPASSION IN ACTION
RWF is the world's first and only all-volunteer, LGBTQ- based humanitarian aid organization. Our mission is to promote peace, unity, and hope by leading the LGBTQ movement in participating in humanitarian relief efforts.

Bring new hope to our friends and family around the world. Put your tax-deductible gift to work immediately by donating online or mail your donation to Rainbow World Fund, 4111 - 18th Street #5, San Francisco, CA 94114.
