New Categories for Fitness and Movement Schedule
Our August Fitness & Movement schedule is here — with a fresh approach to how we categorize classes. Instead of grouping by age, we’re highlighting what each class offers by organizing them into three categories: Dance & Cardio, Mind & Body Awareness, and Strength & Conditioning.
While many classes could fit into more than one category, we’ve selected the one that best represents each class’s focus. Don’t worry — the classes themselves haven’t changed, and our amazing instructors continue to offer modifications and progressions to meet a range of abilities.
This shift is all about making it easier for you to find the right fit, no matter your age or experience level. Check out the updated schedule and get moving with us this August!
