Dear LGH Alumni,
March brings the excitement of March Madness. Teams compete and advance one round at a time. Leadership often works the same way. Progress happens through teamwork and people who are willing to step forward when their community needs them.
Each of you continue to do that by pouring into volunteering and supporting current programs. You are CHAMPIONS of servant leadership.
As you consider the leaders around you, please remember that LGH Hall of Fame nominations remain open through March 20. This recognition honors alumni whose leadership and service have made a lasting impact across our region.
In addition, applications for the 2026 -2027 LGH programs are open through March 30. If you know someone who would benefit from the LGH experience, please encourage them to apply. We cannot wait to announce the next best class ever.
Thank you for continuing to support Leadership Greater Huntsville!
Lead On,
Christie

The Human Advantage: Leading in an AI-Driven World
AI is moving fast. But leadership isn’t just about keeping up with technology — it’s about strengthening what makes us human.
As AI becomes embedded in how we work, write, analyze, hire, and decide, leaders face a new challenge: how to ensure that judgment, accountability, creativity, and trust don’t quietly erode in the process.
In this curated conversation, Vitale Buford Hardin explores the human side of AI integration — how leaders can design cultures and systems where people think critically, take ownership, and thrive alongside AI rather than defer to it.
