Track: Practices will be next week Monday through Thursday until 4pm. Remember to watch the weather and plan accordingly for clothes.
Music Department: Join the LGMS Music Department for our 4th Annual Jazz n' More Fundraiser night Tuesday, April 18th at 6:00pm! The LGMS cafeteria will be transformed into a Jazz Cafe and you will hear music from the 6th-8th Grade Fiddle Club, 6th-8th Grade Jazz Choir and 6th and 7th/8th Grade Jazz Bands. Pizza, Seroogy's Chocolates, soda and baked goods will be sold. We will also be having a silent auction where families can win four front row seats to the LGMS Orchestra, Band or Choir Spring Concerts. Please come out and support the LGMS Music Department!
Variety Show: Variety Show Auditions will be held after school on Wednesday, April 19th after school until 5:15pm. Students may sign up outside Mrs. Stettner or Mrs. May's rooms.

The PTO is excited to host OPEN GYM on Friday, April 21st from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Snacks will be sold at the concession stand by Student Council. Water will also be provided free of charge.

Congratulations to our 5th - 8th graders who competed in the district Southern Lakes Advanced Learners Network math meet last week in individual and team events. Our 5th & 6th grade team competed in Fort Atkinson and placed 4th overall as a team. Sixth grader Josh Schooley placed 1st in the individual competition! Our 7th & 8th grade team competed in Whitewater and took 1st in the team event and 3rd overall. Seventh grader Zachary Blasiman placed 1st in the individual event! Each team consisted of 8 members, 4 from each grade. We are very proud of our students. They represented Lake Geneva well!

VARIETY SHOW COMING TO LGMS

Are you a magician? A comedian? Dancer? Singer? Are you in a band? What's your talent!? Variety show auditions are on April 19th right after school until 5:15.
The Variety Show will be held on Friday, May 12th. Stay tuned for more information!

Coming to the Lake Geneva School
Informational Meeting Set for May 11, 2017
Badger High School and Lake Geneva Middle School will provide online learning opportunities for students beginning with the 2017-2018 school year. An informational meeting for parents has been scheduled for May 11, 2017 at 6:00 pm in the District Administration Building located at 208 South Street in Lake Geneva.
Any student in grades 6-12 attending Badger High School or Lake Geneva Middle School or receiving home-based education and residing within the district may apply. Acceptance of applications may be based on availability, individual student needs and input from school staff. Courses offered online are aligned to national and state standards. Lake Geneva Middle and Badger High School students can enrich their course selection with courses not currently offered by the school districts.
The informational meeting on May 11, 2017 will further explain the program, provide information on course options and requirements and begin the registration process. More information can be obtained by visiting our website at
