LGSO violinist Eric Horne has chosen an extremely diverse playlist that I know you will enjoy. The first selection, This Noble Company by Kevin Puts, was commissioned by the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra in 2002, who asked the composer to write an “American Pomp and Circumstance.” The result is a gorgeous orchestral composition that really connected with our players and audience when we played it two years ago. Eric’s other songs will make you want to dance (Uptown Funk), be inspired (You Raise me Up) and even cry (Love, Me).
