SB 1118, authored by Sen. Caballero and cosponsored by LHA, The Kelsey, and the State Council on Developmental Disabilities, will expand the evaluative criteria within HCD’s Multi-Family Housing Program (MHP) to include proposed housing projects that allocate 25% of units for individuals with disabilities who receive regional center services or in-home supportive services
