Take a CORE Course with LIBOR!
ALL licensees needing to renew their sales, associate broker or brokers license, must complete 22.5 hours of NYS CE credit before the expiration date on their license. Within the 22.5 hours, all licensees are required to complete 7.5 hours of CORE curriculum (3 hours of fair housing, 2.5 hours of ethical business practices,1 hour of agency law, 1 hour legal update). LIBOR offers all you need in a one day CORE course and your remaining 15 hours can be taken on any topic approved for NYS CE credit that you find of interest!

Several New York City Primary Election Winners Declared
Eric Adams was declared winner of the New York City Democratic Mayoral Primary after defeating second place candidate, Kathryn Garcia, in the city’s first-ever ranked choice voting election. Adams will now face the winner of the Republican primary, Curtis Sliwa, in the general election on November 2nd. Growing Bipartisan Caucus Continues to Push for Lifting of SALT Deduction Limit
On Wednesday, June 30th, Rep. Tom Suozzi (D-Glen Cove) promised to not vote for any changes to the federal tax code that do not include changes to the $10,000 cap on state and local tax deductions. The SALT Caucus now includes more than 100 bipartisan members of the House of Representatives who have co-sponsored legislation to reinstate the full SALT deduction. To read more, click here.
