Take a CORE Course with LIBOR!
ALL licensees needing to renew their sales, associate broker or brokers license, must complete 22.5 hours of NYS CE credit before the expiration date on their license. Within the 22.5 hours, all licensees are required to complete 7.5 hours of CORE curriculum (3 hours of fair housing, 2.5 hours of ethical business practices,1 hour of agency law, 1 hour legal update). LIBOR offers all you need in a one day CORE course and your remaining 15 hours can be taken on any topic approved for NYS CE credit that you find of interest!

Updated NYC primary election results
The New York City Board of Elections published corrected preliminary numbers Wednesday showing Eric Adams with a lead over Kathryn Garcia, beating her 51.1 percent to 48.9 percent in the final round of the ranked choice voting process. Garcia jumps ahead of Maya Wiley, who was in second place on election night, by just 347 votes. Read more here. |

NYC approves $98.7 billion city budget
New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio and the City Council adopted a record-breaking $98.7 billion budget, which includes $15 billion in federal pandemic relief aid. New York City has recovered about half of the 900,000 private sector jobs it lost in the early months of the pandemic and still faces financial risk from lost investment in commercial real estate and declining property tax revenue.
