Takeout/Delivery of Alcohol Extended to 9/4 – Governor Cuomo has issued a new Executive Order that allows restaurants and bars to continue selling alcohol for takeout and delivery for at least another 30 days through September 4, 2020. In general, NYS will reassess whether or not to grant extension every 30 days.
