Queens Public Library February Programming
The Long Island City branch of the Queens Public Library has announced their upcoming programming for February! Visit their website below to learn more about their offerings this month and stay tuned for any more announcements!

QEDC StartUp! Business Competition
The StartUP! Competition is a 4-month program run by the Queens Economic Development Council for Queens-based startup founders and small business entrepreneurs who are at the early stages of developing their businesses.

Participants are provided with high level entrepreneurial classes, a diverse peer-to-peer community, support from QEDC advisors & mentors and four $10,000 grants. Applications will be accepted through March 1, 2021.

*NEW* Indoor Dining Reopening in NYC Starting Friday, February 12 - NYC Mayor De Blasio has released a checklist on what to expect when you're inspected for indoor and outdoor dining as well as a template for a Contact Tracing form. Utilize these links as you reopen safely for indoor dining starting this weekend.

*NEW* Open Culture Program Guidelines Released - The Mayor’s Street Activity Permit Office has released the guidelines for the Open Culture program. Applications open March 1st. Click here to read the full guidelines and to apply.

Weekly Webinars in Partnership with SBS - In partnership with NYC Department of Small Business Services (SBS), we have scheduled weekly webinars. These webinars will provide guidance for businesses interested in applying for loans and grants. Specifically, we offer guidance on items to consider before taking on additional debt, documentation that is commonly required to apply for funding, and an overview of additional loans and grants that are available to NYC businesses. These webinars will be run weekly, click here for a full list of upcoming programming from NYC SBS.
