Individual stimulus checks
- Direct payments of $600 for eligible individuals (including eligible dependents)
- Official date of payment begins on January 4
Enhanced federal unemployment benefits
- Extended for 11 weeks, up to $300 per week
Paycheck Protection Program (PPP)
- New round of PPP forgivable loans
- Eligible businesses who received the first round of PPP can apply for a second round
- Enhanced benefits for hotels and restaurants at 3.5 times 2019 average monthly payroll; benefit remains at 2.5 times for other businesses
- PPP eligibility extended to include 501(c)(6) organizations
- Expenses paid for with forgiven PPP funds will be deductible
Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL)
- New round of $10,000 EIDL Advance Grants
- Eligible businesses will qualify for the full amount without the $1000 per employee cap
Grants for live venues and cultural institutions
- $15 billion set aside with priority for businesses who experienced a revenue decrease of 70% or more
