More PPP Changes from the Treasury – Treasury Secretary Mnuchin announced a series of changes in a testimony before the Senate Small Business Committee, which includes:
The Administration does not plan to release the names of PPP recipients.
Small businesses are eligible for partial forgiveness if they spend less than the required threshold (60%) on payroll, as long as at least 60% of the forgiven amount helped keep workers employed.
