Recap: Planning for Reopening and Transitioning to the 'New Normal'
On Tuesday, we hosted a great webinar with Associate Lauren Parra  from  LICP Member Jackson Lewis P.C .  on Planning for Reopening and Transitioning to the "New Normal" . Some major takeaways include:

  • The reason behind an employee’s refusal to return to work will guide how an employer can and should respond.
  • Companies may conduct temperature checks or similar health assessments on employees, vendors, customers/clients, and other workplace visitors.
  • Employers will need to implement measures to ensure the health and safety of employees, including but not limited to, social distancing, staggered work schedules, and PPE.

For more information for any questions on these topics, reach out to  Charles Yu , Senior Director of Business Assistance, directly at  cyu@licpartnership.org.
