Q: When did you join LIFT & Why?

A: I joined LIFT Wellness about eight years ago when I heard about the indoor pools.

Q: What do you like best about LIFT?

A: I love the people. The staff are all willing to help and have great, positive attitudes. I am always greeted and leave feeling refreshed.

Q: What is your favorite thing to do here?

A: I love swimming here and making that a part of my morning routine. It helps to jumpstart my day and increase my energy.

Q: What advice would you give someone who is thinking of joining LIFT?

A: My answer is sweet and simple. . . Just do it! You won't regret it. I know I haven't.

Q: When did you join LIFT & Why?

A: At the end of 2022, I joined LIFT to improve my health. I had a hard time walking up and down stairs, my knees hurt so badly. I couldn't pick things up off the floor and I told myself I was older, and this was normal. But after joining LIFT it didn't take long for me to realize I was going to need accountability to even get to the gym, much less workout.

Q: Who is your trainer?

A: Shortly after hiring Megan as my "accountability partner" I knew she was serious and meant business. She said it was going to be fun. I wasn't so sure.

Q: What do you like most about working with a personal trainer?

A: I detest exercise but after I started working with Megan, I found myself looking forward to coming to work out. She takes my time seriously and makes it enjoyable. She holds me accountable to reaching my goals. Since working with her my balance has improved and I am no longer intimidated by stairs. Did you drop a pen on the floor? No problem! I'll scoop it up for you.

Q: What advice would you give someone who is thinking of hiring a trainer?

A: If you need someone to hold you accountable, hire one. Need help making workouts fun? Hire one. Since working with Megan, I can not believe what a difference a few months have made to improving the quality of my life. I am very thankful.
