Q: When did you First Join LIFT and why?
A: I first join in 2019 after setting a goal of wanting to remain active in life for both myself, and also for my family. I wanted to set a healthy example for my wife and kids of what a healthy lifestyle is and how it can positively affect you as a whole.
Q: What do you like best about LIFT Wellness center?
A: Some of my favorite things about LIFT are the friendly staff that greet me every time I come, the large variety of equipment for various different types of exercise, and the overall positive atmosphere that LIFT provides. You can’t help but feel better overall after working out.
Q: How has being part of LIFT improved your life outside of the gym?
A: Coming to LIFT daily has really helped my energy levels throughout the day. I feel as though I can accomplish much more when I make exercise a regular occurrence in my weekly routine. LIFT has also helped me to remain mentally sharp and clear! Going in and exercising allows me to really work hard, and when I leave, I feel sharp and focused on the tasks at hand for the day!
Q: What advice would you give someone who is thinking about joining LIFT?
A: There will always be reasons to not start, but the benefits heavily outweigh all those reasons. Joining LIFT was one of the best decisions I’ve made, and I highly encourage anybody to join and experience it for themselves!
