MATT QUINN


Q: When did you join LIFT and why?

A: I joined the LIFT at the beginning of 2022 through the Healthy Heights Membership through West TN Healthcare.

Q: What do you like best about the LIFT?

A: All the staff are always helpful and friendly. I enjoy talking with fellow members and the equipment is always well maintained.

Q: How has being part of LIFT improved your life outside of the gym?

A: It has given me the opportunity to make friends that I never would've met and improved my overall health and appearance as a person.

Q: What keeps you motivated to reach your goals?

A: I want to stay fit and healthy for my career as a firefighter. Since joining LIFT, I have lost 55 pounds and been able to gain more muscle. I continue coming to LIFT because it not only helps my physical health but mentally by working out.

Q: What advice would you give someone who is thinking about joining LIFT?

A: Don't be afraid to join because of what others will think. The LIFT is very welcoming, and everyone has to start somewhere. Consistence is key to improving your fitness and it's all a journey.

ALLIE HUELIN



Allie is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Allie graduated from Biola University with an Honors BS in Biological Sciences, Pre-Med. Growing up as an athlete, she developed a love for exercise, which continued into her college years with her health career. She now loves using her medical background to help others in their own health journeys, focusing on proper mechanics and techniques of movement. Her goal is to help her clients improve their physical and mental well-being with exercise, one day at a time.

HANNAH DAY



Hannah Day is a certified Personal Trainer. Having come from generations of powerlifters and bodybuilders, Hannah has grown up in the gym and developed an interest in it from a young age. She believes that fostering an encouraging community and environment is the key to success. As someone who struggles with various chronic health problems, Hannah is compassionate with those who may share similar struggles, knowing that each day and each body is different. She considers it a privilege to be able to grow and improve alongside one another.
